If you are on this site, you have at least heard of Stack And Tilt™ and the praise (and/or criticism) it has received. Most people would probably agree that golf is forever filled with new fads or at least seems to be. The question to ask (and perhaps the reason you are reading this right now) is...
Is the same true here?Is Stack And Tilt™ a fad or is it a legitimate shift in the fundamental way we think about the golf swing?
Our aim is to give you enough information to make this decision for yourself. For us, the Stack And Tilt™ swing works because it is simple and produces consistent results.
However, you need to judge for yourself.
We have worked to provide you with as much information as possible but we always need to start somewhere. What's the best place? When it comes to the golf swing few people would disagree that good golf begins with the proper fundamentals.
Like many of us have always been told, the fundamentals are a combination of the following:
Which of the above if the correct set of fundamentals?
Should you have a weak grip, closed stance and fast tempo or should you have neutral grip with the ball forward and the alignment closed? Just some simple math will tell you that there are nearly 250 combinations of those "fundamentals".
No wonder so many people struggle!
The Stack And Tilt™ fundamentals do not even make mention of these and in fact are quite simple. They are:
That's it!
Surprising isn't it?
Can the golf swing really be as simple as Andy Plummer and Mike Bennett make it sound? Consider their argument for moment and you may see things in a different light.
They claim that none (not most or some) but none or even a few of the game's great players have any of the "traditional" fundamentals in common with each other. However they all without exception perform the Stack And Tilt™ fundamentals whether they practice the method or not.
When you think about this it does make sense. We have all played with good or even great players in our own lives and how many of them do everything (from a traditional sense) like each other?
The answer of course is none...
With the basics behind you, take the time to explore our site and learn about the Stack And Tilt™ Swing, then if it sounds right to you give it a shot. Like we said before, it has worked great for us!
