Review Summary:
This video continues to add more granularity and detail to how the Stack And Tilt™ student can measure their progress and/or diagnose any continuing problems they may still be having.
It is very helpful to understand what the root causes of unintentional bad shots are as well as how to intentionally hit those exact same shots, if that is what you want to do.
What is most interesting is the simple fact that undesirable shots are largely an issue of transferring the weight to the right on the backswing and then back to the left on the downswing. The basic Stack And Tilt™ motion is one in which the head stays in a fixed position and the shoulders turn in a circle on a tilted angle. This produces the greatest reliability in terms of swinging the club on a consistent path. If your shots are moving in any direction you don't want, this is almost always a major part of it and being able to analyze your shot patterns helps you determine that more easily.

Pros:
If you have managed to stall out in your progression with Stack And Tilt™, this video (along with DVD 2) will enable you to continue to progress.
Cons:
As with DVD 2, this video is very advanced. Once again this is not necessarily a criticism of the content but more a warning that this content (and the terminology) will take some getting used to if you are not already familiar with it.
Bottom Line:
As in DVD 2, this video is really for the more advanced player. As you plateau in your Stack And Tilt™ progression, it will become more useful to you. Until then it should be watched just to appreciate the time and effort that has gone into the method itself.
